Do we have to be members at Musclehut Medway or Muscleworks Orpington to have PT sessions there?


You do not have to be a member at either gym!


Muscleworks Orpington: The only thing you need to pay is a day pass (currently £7).


Musclehut Medway: There is nothing to pay!

Do I have to have any gym experience to have PT sessions with you?


No you don't! At CSR Coaching we offer PT sessions to anyone and everyone - whether you have been in the gym for 6 years or if you have never stepped foot in one in your entire life! CSR PTs will guide you through your training no matter your starting point.


The only thing to note is that you do have to be at least 16 years old to train at the gyms.

What is your cancellation policy for your services?



PERSONAL TRAINING: There needs to be a minimum of 48 hours notice given to cancel or reschedule a personal training session. If I am notified at least 48 hours in advance, you will receive a refund for the cancellation, or the money will be transferred to the next rescheduled session. If you notify me less than 48 hours for a reschedule/ cancellation, you will have to pay for another session if you wish to book one/ reschedule one. 


ONLINE / HYBRID COACHING: There is no contract with my hybrid or online coaching services (you do not have to be with me for a set number of months upon starting), however if you wish to stop being coached be me, it is a 30 day notice period. This means you will have to pay for the next month, but you will have full access to the coaching services up until the end of the month you have paid (ie if you notify me in June you wish to cancel, you will have to pay for July, but will have full access to the coaching facilities until 30th July).
